Products are described as accurately as possible, including images, weights, and measurements where applicable.
Most items are made to order. Final specifications, such as size, will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Product images may not reflect the actual size of the item.

Prices include UK delivery. I aim to post in 4 -14 days.
International orders (including Europe) require an additional £15 shipping fee.
Any import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES.
These vary from country to country and should be fully checked by the customer before deciding to order.
import duties pid by the customer are non refundable in the unlikely event that the item needs to be returne.
International delivery times typically range from 7 to 28 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Delays due to force majeure (acts of God) or circumstances beyond our control may require a reasonable extension.

Items left unclaimed at any of our studios for more than six (6) months will no longer be our responsibility and may be discarded.

Custom-made or commissioned items are non-refundable unless faulty.
By placing a commission via email, in person or phone and paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
A 20% deposit is required for all commissions. If the purchaser decides to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, and the outstanding balance may be pursued through legal action.
Quotes and estimates are valid for seven (7) days. Prices may change due to fluctuations in material costs.

Commissions that include stones are guaranteed for:
- 6 months: Free repairs for stone loss.
- 6-12 months: Repairs at cost.
- After 12 months: Repairs are fully chargeable.
Customer-supplied stones left at our studio are at the owner’s risk. Any breakages are not refundable or repairable and with no obligation from Colette Hazelwood Contemporary Jeweller to replace..

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct ring size before commissioning a ring.
Engagement rings meant as a surprise should be sized as accurately as possible. While adjustments may be attempted, they are not guaranteed.
Your ring order will be made to the size you have stated on your order form. If in the unfortunate circumstance that it is incorrect, we are not responsible for rings that do not fit and a resize/ remake or an adjustment may be chargeable.

Customers must report damaged goods within 7 days of receipt.
Cancellations must be made within 30 days of receiving goods. However, custom-made or commissioned items cannot be cancelled or refunded unless faulty.
The right to reject goods applies within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item in it's new and unused condition along with it's presention packaging.
